Courtney, who will oversee the ROI Network membership segment, the ROI Network Advisory Committee, and several certificate programs, plans to parlay her experience as an education program manager for the Bethlehem, PA-based Healthcare Marketing and Communications Council, into an even more effective and relevant ROI Network.
