Test Anxiety

Once out of school, I thought test anxiety was far behind me. Alas, now it has a far different meaning for me in the field of workplace training. It never ceases to amaze me how much pushback T&D professionals get when we want to conduct training-related assessments but how frequently internal customers ask for testing for other purposes. Here are the requests that cause me anxiety and why.
