Let’s face it. Onboarding is often overlooked. Too many managers feel like handing a new hire the employee handbook, showing them how their task management system works, and setting them up in a cubicle counts. Still, the fact of the matter is that poor onboarding practices for new employees can have dire downstream consequences.
