The Rs of Performance Improvement

I love having friends who work in different professions because I get to learn about their work and reflect on mine, as well. In a recent discussion with a consultant friend, I started thinking about performance improvement and how it’s much more than just providing training. Often our clients equate talent development to education when that couldn’t be farther from the truth. It made me think about education’s three Rs—reading, writing, and arithmetic—and what TD’s list would be.
