According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly 11.5 million people quit their job from April to June 2021. This figure is sobering. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that your teams will be unaffected. It’s important to know the warning signs of turnover and address them before an employee heads for the exit.
