Using Data to Improve Learning Programs

As learning and development professionals, we want to see evidence that our learning programs make a positive difference, but we’re also accountable to our business to show that L&D resources are a good investment. And so, we turn to data to show the impact of what we’ve built and find ways to improve our learning programs.
