What Every New TD Business Owner Should Know

As I enter my fifteenth year as the owner of a talent development consultancy based in Trinidad and Tobago and serving an international clientele, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey of being an entrepreneur. While I often change hats between trainer, consultant, and coach, there is one I never take off—business driver. I often use this term instead of entrepreneur to remind myself that this is the essence of my role. I must continually move the business from a perpetual point A to point B and manage all the resources and activities in between.
