What to Include in Onboarding Discussions

Onboarding is a critical phase in the employee lifecycle, but it’s often bungled. The onboarding period sets the tone for a new employee’s tenure, and if you get it wrong, that tenure might be cut short. For a new hire, onboarding often feels like drinking from a firehose, but several key topics are often left out of these processes. Take organizational culture for instance. The culture of the organization is so important yet often overlooked.
