Asking your clients the right questions will help you create the most appropriate and effective training solution.

Sometimes our biggest misses come from stopping a few questions short of identifying a problem, or not asking the right questions in the right way. For example, say you get a call from an operations leader requesting supervisor or leadership training. During your meeting, you ask all the right questions to verify that training is in fact the solution. How could you miss? The first question we must always ask is, “Who?”
