On behalf of the Association for Talent Development, I offer our sympathy and support to those affected by the earthquake in Nepal.

As a professional association with members in more than 100 countries, we recognize that it is times like these when borders dissolve. We are called to help in any way we can.

The destruction from this earthquake is staggering, yet each of us can help make a difference.
