(Alexandria, VA), February 4, 2021—The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is pleased to announce that Cheryl Doggett of Anthem has joined its board of directors. She will serve a three-year term on the board, 2021-2023.
Ms. Doggett serves as the global talent officer at Anthem, Inc. She leads the strategic development of Anthem’s comprehensive global talent strategy in support of the company’s mission and purpose. Ms. Doggett provides enterprise-wide thought leadership in all areas of talent, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent insights, and diversity and inclusion.
With more than two decades of experience driving organizational transformation, Ms. Doggett has a proven track record of deploying high-impact solutions to achieve strategic objectives and build organizational capabilities. She also brings to her role a strong business foundation and experience in sales, marketing, and business development leadership.
Prior to joining Anthem in 2019, Ms. Doggett led global learning and leadership development for Medtronic’s 86,000 worldwide employees. Previous to Medtronic, Ms. Doggett was a senior vice president, human resources at Bank of America where she helped the organization transform and enable talent solutions to navigate the financial industry crisis.
