(Alexandria, VA), June 10, 2025—The Association for Talent Development recently launched the inaugural ATD Middle East Excellence in Talent Development Awards.

The awards are for organizational TD initiatives that demonstrate clear and measurable results of strategic goals, meet demonstrated need, have appropriate design values, and are clearly aligned with other business strategies.

To be eligible for the awards, initiatives must be in place for a minimum of two years, and organizations must have an operating status in the Middle East region for a minimum of three years.

“The ATD Middle East Excellence in Talent Development Awards represents an exciting step forward in recognizing the region’s leadership in learning and talent development,” said Hadeel Dalgamouni, associate director of the Middle East region.

“By celebrating organizations that are driving innovation, building workforce capability, and aligning talent strategies to future needs, this award program reinforces ATD’s global commitment to advancing excellence in talent development—with a focus on regional relevance and impact,” Dalgamouni added. “We look forward to highlighting the transformative work being done across the Middle East and inspiring continued progress worldwide.”

The awards will be given in 14 categories: career development, coaching and mentoring, diversity and inclusion, integrated talent management, leadership and management development, learning and development, learning technologies, managing the learning function, talent acquisition, retention and onboarding, performance improvement and management, sales enablement, future readiness, and government and public sector L&D.
