ATD Publishes Essential Executive Guide to Open-Door Leadership

The Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD) will release the second edition of Leaders Open Doors: A Radically Simple Leadership Approach to Lift People, Profits, and Performance on October 1. Written by veteran leadership trainer Bill Treasurer, this highly anticipated publication combines personal stories and anecdotes that illustrate how leaders can hone in on what is most essential about leading: creating opportunities for those they lead.
