In a supplement to its September issue of TD magazine, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) shares best practices from 16 organizations that are trailblazers in recruiting, developing, and supporting veterans and active duty military. ATD partnered with the Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point (TLDG) to recognize the work of leading organizations that are committed to utilizing the unique skill sets of veterans, helping them transition to meaningful work outside the military, and honoring and supporting active duty, National Guard, Reserves, and veterans.

The TD magazine supplement highlights the unique efforts each company is employing as a way of sharing best practices to recruit and develop veterans in the corporate arena.
