ATD Recognizes 2015 BEST Award Winners

The Association for Talent Development honored 30 organizations from Canada, China, Denmark, India, Korea, Turkey, and the United States as winners in the 2015 BEST Awards. Cerner Corporation, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, won the first place ranking. TELUS, the Canadian telecommunications company, received ATD’s first ever Best of the BEST award, recognizing their 10 years of BEST Award wins.

Bingham also noted the accomplishments of TELUS. “Winning the BEST Award is a significant achievement. It is a difficult award to win and to do so 10 times is remarkable. ATD received entries from nearly 80 organizations in nine countries. These organizations submitted quantitative and qualitative information to ATD about their talent development practices and programs. Applications were assessed in a rigorous blind review by members of the BEST Awards advisory committee, a group of experts in the field.
