**(Alexandria, VA), February 13, 2023—**While 72 percent of talent development (TD) professionals believe that learning technology is vital to their organization’s overall strategy, new research by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) finds that only 32 percent of organizations were conducting formal reviews of their learning technology ecosystems.
