Learning Execs Reveal Optimism in First Quarter Index

We've sent out a press release letting the media know that learning executives are showing a bit of optimism with regard to their expectations for the next six months. ASTD's Learning Executive Confidence Index for the first quarter of 2009 stabilized after trending downward for several months at the end of 2008. Learning execs are still pessimistic about funding and availability of resources.
