**(Alexandria, Virginia), November 1, 2023—**Sinead Bovell, a futurist and one of Refinery 29 ’s Top Ten Black Women Changing the Game, will speak at Techknowledge 2024—the Association for Talent Development’s three-day, immersive experience for TD professionals who are passionate about embracing the ever-evolving world of learning technologies. The conference will be held February 7-9, 2024, in Los Angeles, California.

Dubbed the AI Educator for the “non nerds” by Vogue , Bovell has given formal addresses on topics ranging from cybersecurity to artificial intelligence. She is the founder of Weekly Advice for Young Entrepreneurs (WAYE), an organization that helps prepare the next generation of business leaders for a world transformed by technology. To date, she has educated more than 200,000 young people on the future of technology. Certified in AI ethics from MIT, Bovell gave a TEDx Talk on the ethics of avatars in 2022.

In her keynote “A Future With Artificial Intelligence,” Bovell will examine how AI will disrupt every aspect of how we live and how we work—from sharing a workforce with smart machines to AI-powered homes and vehicles to biotechnology advances that could change the very nature of what is means to be human. While there are a lot of positives to AI and the world of work, she will explain why we need to tackle bias in algorithmic decision making and address challenging philosophical questions, such as: Is a world without work possible? And why must we ensure that the technologies of tomorrow get built on the right side of history?
