Sometimes you just never know where ASTD's good work is going to show up in the media. The CPA Journal recently quoted from T+D! In an article titled "Using Computer Simulation to Recruit and Train Generation Y Accountants," a story from the NOVEMBER 2002 issue of T+D is cited. Talk about long shelf life for good content!

"Many organizations are also recognizing the reality that if they want to recruit the best talent, they need to invest resources in providing interactive, appealing, and entertaining programs that will attract Yers. Computer simulations provide an excellent opportunity to break away from the traditional methods of recruiting and training.
