The U.S. Office of Management and Budget and the Office of Personnel Management are working together to improve hiring practices across the federal government, using a plan that lets agencies across the government choose several "proven practices" to focus on in 2017. This comes as a result of agencies reporting that the hiring process is one of their top challenges.
