Organizations are increasingly turning to e-learning to make studying more convenient, accessible, and effective for modern workers. Here's how to get your company started.
1. Think bite-size learning.
Employees may only have 10 extra minutes during their lunch break to work with. Leverage microlearning to help learners maximize study time while also breaking down concepts into more digestible chunks.
2. Deliver up-to-the-minute feedback.
Use a platform that offers instant insight into areaslearners have mastered and those they need to revisit, along with overall progress, time until the exam, and other details to keep them on track.
3. Leverage the power of peers.
Empower learners to ask others for ideas and study techniques directly via a learning platform such as a leaderboard or online discussion group.
4. Make it a game.
Four out of five learners say that games help them stay more engaged while they're learning. Look for a platform that offers gamification features to make studying feel less like studying.
