The changing profile of today’s student requires us to find new, innovative ways to deliver a high-quality, affordable education. Between 2000 and 2010, the number of students older than 25 increased 42 percent. In fact, 85 percent of today’s college students are not first-time, full-time students. They are more likely to be working adults who must balance a career, family responsibilities, and their personal lives with the demands of a degree program.
