In this article, the author says he is a trainer, ex-sales manager, consultant, etc. He says the organizations that struggle are the ones whose employees do not understand their role or contribution. On the other hand, in case of higher education, faculty believe they are the only reason the school exists. Staff believe the place couldn't run without them. Students, the customers, make the world turn.
