As people wrestle with working under increased demands because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has never been a more important time for employers to renew their focus on employee well-being. Mental Health America reported in October 2020 that the number of people looking for help with anxiety and depression between January and September 2020 skyrocketed. Conditions are ideal for a refreshed approach to employee well-being, and for LAZ Parking—a large US parking company employing more than 15,000 people in 35 states—the self-care revolution started years ago.
