Employers don’t have to overspend to give employees recognition.

I probably don't have to tell you that employee recognition is critical to energizing and retaining staff. Large companies often institute programs that recognize and reward workers with bonuses, employee-of-the-month perks, gift cards, vouchers, and even trips. However, many such programs cost companies big money. Smaller companies don't necessarily have the same resources to administer and fund such initiatives. Not to worry. Small companies can implement high-impact results on a low budget.
