The article focuses on the research which states that age is not a hindrance in managing a corporation in the U.S. According to a poll by the OfficeTeam company, a staffing service base in Menlo Park, California, eighty-four percent of workers said that they would be comfortable reporting to a manager who is younger than them, and eighty-nine percent said that they would not mind supervising employees older than them. Diane Domeyer, executive director of OfficeTeam, concluded that the manager's abilities are more of a factor in employee job satisfaction than his age.
