A company aims to inspire women.
Sun Jun 01 2025
We Are Enough recently launched the 3.3.3 Challenge, an initiative that aims to inspire 3 million women to commit to investing $3 billion over three years. It's part of the nonprofit's "gender lens," which focuses on investing in women-led businesses, narrowing the gender wealth gap, and creating equitable communities.
"We Are Enough is undertaking this ambitious campaign to educate women [on] why they should invest in women-led and women-owned businesses or with a gender lens," says Tracy Gray, founder of We Are Enough, in a press release. "The benefits from investing with a gender lens include employee satisfaction, recruiting a diverse talent force, promoting innovation, and avoiding reputational risk."
A 2024 McKinsey & Company study predicted that women will control $34 trillion of investable assets by 2030, an increase from $7.3 trillion in 2014. We Are Enough views financial growth as an opportunity for women to shape the future of wealth, philanthropy, and investment in women-owned businesses.
The company plans to achieve the 3.3.3 Challenge's goals through educational initiatives, community engagement, and advocacy.
