An Onboarding Makeover to Match a Hiring Boom

In the US alone, the global security company Securitas must consistently rise to the challenge of recruiting, onboarding, and providing ongoing training for more than 92,000 employees who are spread across the country. That includes nearly 600 district managers who fill a critical role of managing client relationships, teams of security officers, and often other staff for their offices.
