The Training Workshop Committee of the National Association of Training Directors in New York held a special series of 5 weekly workshop meetings during March and April aimed primarily at the new man in training work, accord-ing to Ed Heaney, Chairman of the Committee. The purpose of this Workshop on the Practical Applications of Training Fund-amentals was to demonstrate the 5 areas new training men are most likely to encounter, giving practical examples of the cation of training principles.
