ASTD PLANS NEW COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

Focuses on the plan of the American Society for Development and Training (ASTD) to establish a community development division. Emphasis given by the ASTD on the importance of serving the special needs of trainers, developers and educators who are involved in the development and reconstruction of community life; Members of the steering committee who will formulate guidelines for the division.
