As a result of the spate of defining moments in 2020, this is a unique time in America's and the workplace's history. Sociopolitical events have sparked outrage and heightened consciences, and more individuals have become active in social justice efforts. In response, among other priorities, many companies are now seeking to ensure they are fostering a healthy organizational culture that is conducive to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Part of that is exploring the concept of antiracism and its effect in the workplace.
