C-Suite Athletes

That woman on your organization's board of directors? Chances are she's a serious athlete. The EY Women Athletes Business Network and espnW recently surveyed 400 women executives and found that the overwhelming majority (94 percent) have participated in sports. Of the women in the C-suite, just over half (52 percent) played sports at the university level. Thirty-nine percent of women at other management levels have played at the university level.
