C-suite executives don't start their careers running a company. Instead, they climb the ranks by demonstrating behaviors that spotlight their capabilities and knowledge as high performers.

In this podcast, executive coach Stephen Miles and his fellow coaches at the Miles Group share how aspiring leaders can successfully respond to today's complex business landscape. Launched in 2019, C-Suite Intelligence tackles perennial leadership issues such as how to give meaningful feedback, how to advocate for teams, and how to facilitate productive meetings. Not surprising, during the height of the pandemic, the podcast pivoted to discuss issues such as how managers can navigate and communicate change and strategies for succeeding in turbulent times and dealing with stress.

The podcast's latest season spotlights advantages and pitfalls of remote work and returning to the office. In the "Office Next" episode, Miles and the Miles Group Chief Operating Officer Taylor Griffin explain how remote work has become transactional, and they discuss the importance of meaningful interactions among teams and managers. In "The Office as a Private Club," Christina Woodard, managing director at the Miles Group, joins the discussion to explore the changing role of the office, how it functions best, and why employees may actually want to be there.

The podcast is available on iTunes and Spotify, with episodes running between 15 and 20 minutes.
