What better way to talk about change in the workplace than to go to the experts themselves? That's what Daggerwing Group, a global change consultancy, had in mind when it created this podcast about the human behaviors that drive change at work. The company helps Fortune 500 firms break the cycle of change management failure by focusing on people, so it's fitting for Daggerwing Group Senior Principal Chris Thornton to host CHANGE@WORK and speak with partners, clients, and experts in various fields about changes in the workplace. Those changes include the overall future of the workplace in light of the pandemic.

The podcast, which has produced more than 20 episodes, has had guests ranging from Recruiter.com CEO Evan Sohn to Daggerwing Group CEO and cofounder Ewan Main. In the episode "Navigating the Current Talent Crisis," Sohn discusses the problems organizations have had retaining workers and keeping them engaged. And in the more recent "Creating an Ever-Evolving Approach to DE&I," Omnicom Group Chief Equity and Impact Officer Emily Graham speaks about leaders owning and driving inclusive, diverse, and equitable cultures.

Most episodes are 30 minutes long and are released sporadically. They're available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
