Chaos to Clarity

The Center for Employment Opportunities, a nonprofit dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals rebuild their lives, operated in New York for more than 10 years when it began to expand nationally in 2015. Between 2015 and 2020, the organization more than doubled in size. The company invested in its central team structures to support that expansion, including establishing a two-person talent development team to grow employee learning, development, and mobility.
