CheckFree Services Corp.'s training and organizational development team partnered with the human resources department to develop a five-course people management training curriculum. Air Products Inc. likewise developed a new strategic direction called Deliver the Difference to align the company into a process-oriented enterprise that is focused on growth. Moreover, American Home Shield Corp. blended its learning strategy which included an instructor-led training, a two-week "road show" and an online course to measure learning and retention.
