Ihe values of supervisory training were stressed in a two-day Training Directors Con-ference conducted in December at the Con-Kit ss Hotel, Chicago, by the University of Illinois, Institute of Labor and Industrial R< lations, and the Division of University Ex-tension in cooperation with the Industrial 1 raining Directors Association. More than 80 executives of Illinois businesses and industries attended the sessions.
