The article focuses on the issue of client relationships. The Know-It-All clients have figured out everything about everything. They understand the problem they're trying to address. The Passive- Aggressive client has extreme mood swings over the life of a project. At one project meeting, the client can be extremely easy-going, at the next, he is extremely angry. Some clients are so burdened by their immediate needs that they can't or don't want to see expanded or alternative solutions. The Nonresponsive client is quick to drop in during the initial stages of the project, but she's equally quick to drive away.
