The discusses the online research survey conducted by Accenture Information Management Service regarding college students employment and their prospective employers. Accordingly, respondents were college graduating in 2008 in which 71 percent of them speculated that fewer job will be available after their graduation and 73 percent is still going to find for post-graduation jobs. 23 percent of the respondents, however, said they will not compromise their job requirements and considered compensation, benefits, health insurance and challenging jobs as their priority. According to managing director of Talent and Organization Performance of Accenture, David Smith, job talent search is tough and is pressuring employers to focus on high performing talent.
