Contextual Circumstances

As learning facilitators, we know that a pretraining learner assessment is essential preparation. Among the potential indicators that affect our delivery strategy are organizational roles and skill levels represented among the learner group. Other considerations include how we'll apply the learning content and whether attendance is voluntary.
