Virtual training is easier for both trainers and participants without red tape to cut through just to get started. Yep's appeal is in its simplicity. In short, up to 12 people can start a video chat in just a few seconds. Users can go directly to the application's website and hit the Chat Now button. The free tool doesn't require users to download anything, and there are no login requirements. Just ensure, during first use, that the browser has permission to access individuals' computer microphones and cameras.

One of Yep's other defining features is that anyone can share their screen simultaneously. For example, L&D professionals can use the platform to incorporate collaborative learning practices into training programs. To focus on an individual speaker, click on their screen's box to expand it. Click the window again to return to the grid view or tap on a different box to focus on another person.

As with other video chat platforms, Yep also enables users to schedule a future chat with the Chat Later function.
