We will debut a new look in January, along with some new columns and departments, but I'll wait until next month to introduce you to our redesign. However, I can't wait to highlight the new offering we will give to readers beginning next year.

Starting with the February 2018 issue, TD magazine will include a new, quarterly section of custom content based on your individual preferences. Members will be able choose one of four key topics in talent development: instructional design, learning technologies, measurement & evaluation, or training delivery. Choose which type of content you want to see in the custom section of your magazine by selecting a topic on your preferences page at www.td.org/mypreferences. Make your selection by checking one of the four topic boxes and clicking save.

To ensure your content selection is processed before the first issue, choose your topic by January 5, 2018. You can always change your content selection for future issues. Just be sure to do so by April 5, July 5, or October 5 for the next quarterly section (May, August, and November).

These custom sections, which we're calling "In Focus," will have eight pages of content for each of the four topic areas. You will receive your custom section with your print issue of TD, but you can access the four versions of In Focus via the digital version of the magazine; the extra content will be included on the TD website and in the free ATD Publications app.
