The article presents suggestions for the author's career development. The author has corporate communications and coaching experience, but most of the expertise lies in the realm of training and instruction. It is suggested that the author should try in small to mid-sized businesses which are great places to put communications training know-how to practical use. It is opined that a baseline resume that can be tailored with appropriate accomplishments is of good use to the author. It is stated that an elevator speech about what the author offers and what he is seeking can be used as a summary statement for his resume.
