The article discusses the implications of intuition on the development on new products, ideas and inventions in businesses in the U.S. As defined, intuition is the knowledge or insight which arrives without thinking and shows up through a vision or images, or a clear sense of knowing, inner words, gut feelings, or physical sensations that can be unique to the person receiving them. Steps on how to improve intuition were also presented including, be open-minded, pay attention, and do nothing for five minutes each day. Moreover, important questions that can be useful for organizations on developing its innovation were also presented including, on how can the organization become more intuitive, and how can the organization develop intuitive capabilities in its talent force and managers.
