The article discusses the essential elements of online communication. Regarding verbal and email as the same thing can be a big mistake especially in the work environment. Thus, it is important to have the ability of decoding e-body language well and to have a better training of how to read it. Suggestions of clear online communication from the perspective of the writer is presented.
