Arthur J. Elges, Industrial Arts Education supervisor in Michigan's Vocational Education Department, has completed a thorough study of automotive training in public education institu-tions, and his findings are included in a timely thesis, "The Need for Automotive Training Within Industry for College Level Students", filed with Wayne University.
