Educating the C Class

The article reports on the research conducted on the significance of executive training programs for corporate executives worldwide. It revealed that succession planning and leadership training are among the top issues of C-level executives worldwide wherein companies in 40 countries identify excellence in execution as their greatest concern. The Executive Program in Work-Based Learning Leadership was launched by the University of Pennsylvania in January 2007 to elevate the status and competence of the organization learning leader.
