Edward E Lawler III

An interview with Edward E. Lawler III, professor of business administration and director of USC Marshall Business School is presented. When asked about the reason why he founded the Center for Effective Organizations (CEO), he answered that he was inspired by the Institute of Social Research (ISR). He explained the high-involvement and global competitor approaches of his book "Talent: Making People Your Competitive Advantage" which focus on talent management and training and development.
