The article discusses the implications of effective team building. Nick Conner, vice president for program development at TeamBuilders, stated that clients in recent years are rigorous that is why they are putting metrics behind it so they know where their money goes. Conner devised a group game where the participants can realize that they easily give conflicting orders to their fellow workers.
