It was found that 51 percent of the respondents hope to make a job transition in five years or less. Almost 91 percent of managers who participated in the survey said that retaining their skilled employees is more important than it was about five years ago. According to seventy percent of the respondents, they wanted to work for a firm that they considered trustworthy.
